Our staff strives to answer and direct your calls to the correct resource as quickly as possible. Sometimes, this may mean that non-emergency calls are placed on hold. We will take your call as quickly as possible and make every effort to provide you with the assistance you need.

For an Appointment

Our physicians see children and adults by appointment for:

• Office Visits and consultations
• Return visits for follow-up care

You usually will be able to schedule an appointment with your regular physician. If your regular physician is unavailable on the day your are seeking an appointment, you have the option of seeing another available physician within our practice.

For Prescription Refills

Please plan ahead and call our office for refills. Be prepared by having the name, dosage level, and frequency taken of the drug you need refilled. Also, have the telephone number of your pharmacy. Prescriptions for new medication are not given over the telephone.

In an Emergency

If you or your child is experiencing a life threatening situation, call 911 immediately.

In a non-life-threatening emergency, you can assist us in responding rapidly by letting the operator know the patient’s name and age and the patient’s doctor. You may call 601-354-4836 if you need immediate attention.

After-Hours Calls

After 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends or holidays, clinic lines are forwarded to an answering service. After hours calls will be handled by the on-call physician. Please restrict these calls to emergency or urgent needs only.
